Charming fully equipped holiday villa near Santa Eulalia, Ibiza - Privat driveway to the villa, where the main door and the garage are placed.
Big hall, on the left side are two double bedrooms, one bathroom and the guest WC. From the hall straight ahead ist the living, dinning room, kitchen and the storeroom. From the hall upstairs you have access to the other two bedrooms, two bathrooms and one sunny terrace.
Big fitted kitchen with dinning place, nice wood table and chairs. The kitchen is complett with all the accessories , big frigde, dishwasher, microwave... On the backside of the kitchen is the storeroom (wasching and dryermaschine). The kitchen has acess to the covered terrace, pool area and to the spacious dinningroom. The livingroom has a nice fire place and window to the pool side.
All bedrooms are spacious and have wardrobes, night tables and ceiling funs. Two bedrooms have 2 single beds (90x200) and the other two have 1 double bed each. The master bedroom has a bath in suite and a big dressing area.
Two bathrooms are complett with jacuzzi-bath, toilette, bidet and double hand basin. The third bath has shower.
Nice pool area with big barbecue, open and covered terraces and garden. The barbeque place has a small kichen with cooker, fridge and dinning area.

The complete villa is very nicely decorated and furnished (incl. bed linings and towels).
Enjoy the nice views to the landscape! very quiet and peaceful area.

For the last cleaning and laundry services we will calculate an extra days rent.
Included in price are: Pool and garden maintenance, water, electricity, gas and cleaning and laundry service if the stay is longer than one week.
If the arrival is during the week from monday to friday after 21.00, saturdays or sundays, there will be an extra calculation of € 50.-
