For shared use: garden with plants and flowers, swimming pool (16 x 6 m, 01.05.-30.10.), tennis, table tennis (extra). In the house: billiards table, laundry (extra). Room cleaning on request (extra). House maid on request (extra). Stepped path to the house. Public parking on the road. Supermarket 100 m, restaurant 150 m, bus stop 50 m. Bathing bay 400 m. The swimming pool is for shared use between 8 houses, approx 200 m. Access via stairs to the various levels of the garden which is on a slope. Sandy bays at Grassió and Grassioneta,400 m. The supermarket is only open from the 1st of May to the 15th of Oct. Most of the houses have a sea view. Further services offered in the urbanisation include TV hire, the option to request a telephone or the possibility to request a safe (15 EUR/week).The pool is open from 01.05 to 30.10.
