The house is suitable for clients using a wheelchair and the bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom has been remodelled to suit. NOTE: 4 extra people can be accomodated on the ground floor with access via a separate entrance from outdoors. Living room with a double sofa bed. Kitchenette (electric hotplates, fridge). 1 twin bedroom. Shower/WC, which is suitable for clients in a wheelchair. Terrace, approx 15 m2. View of the Colina den Real hills. Extra, to be paid locally (500 EUR/4 people/week) and only on request. Satellite with French channels (not tuned in for other channels). 2 air conditioning units, one in the living/dining room and the other in the hallway.
