Long lets ( December to March): £900 per month. Long lets are for over 30days.
Booking Deposit: 25%. Balance due before holiday 8 weeks.
Refundable damage deposit of £200. Services (water, gas & electric) included in price. Please provide your own beach & pool towels. Usually Saturday changeover, for other days discuss with owner. For winter and long lets there will be an additional charge for electricity in the sum of £40 per week. Cleaning between lets is included.
