Farmhouse in Seville, Andalucia: Farmhouse with pool in Carmona, Sevilla - The property 'Huerta La Cansina' is an idyllic place, just 20 minutes away from the city of Seville, where you will enjoy an unforgettable encounter with nature. We have four holiday houses, three in traditional style and one mordern style. Built around a large pool and with a splendid garden. All situated among fifteen acres of orange trees, pine trees and orchards. We are placed in the shire of the Alcores, Mairena del Alcor presents itself as an unsurpassed place to better know the authentic Seville and the rural andalusian world. CASA ANDALUZA: This andaluz style house was built in the 19th century, it has two floors, has been recently renovated and furnished with antique furnitures. It accomodates up to 21 persons in 7 bedrooms. 'La Casa Andaluza' consist fo an ample lounge with fireplace, dining area with TV, a fully equipped kitchen, two complete batrooms with bathtub, washer, bidet, etc. and a porch with full of flowers. The farmhouse has a huge garden with BBQ facilities, swimming pool. Parking is available. Beds: 14

Notes: CASA ALMINARA: The property was built in the last century, has been recently renovated. It is a small studio flat with romantic decoration with Arabic motives. It has a double bed, a well equipped kitchen (microwave, cooker, fridge), heating, stereo, an ample terracewith spectacular views over the Sevillan countryside. The bathroom has the original hand painted tiles (azulejos) from the well known Triana. Parking is available.
CASA MEDITERRANEA: The house was built in the 19th century and decorated with Mediterranean motives. The house accomodates up to 2-3 persons. It has a well equipped kitchen, lounge with fireplace, batroom, air-condition, stereo, telephone, washer, ADSL internet connection. The minimum rent term is 5 days.

RESERVATION - To reserve one of our properties, you should transfer 30% of the total amount to our bank account. The rest should be payed at the arrival. CANCELLATION - 45 days before the arrival (or more) 25 Euros is required. Between 45 and 30 days 30% of the total amount. Between 30 and 10 days before the arrival 50% of the total amount. 10 days before the arrival 100% of the amount. Check in until 20:00. If you do not arrive in time we have the right to rent the property to someone else, therefor we kindly ask you to inform us about you are beeing late. Prices includes linens and towels and the electricity. Additional beds are available on request.
