Renewed and in 2002 delivered ground floor apartment (110m2) in a small residence at Bonita Hills urbanisation, 15km. east of fashionable Marbella. Situated on a hill which offers beautifull views from several spots on the surroundings and the sea. Malaga airport is only 20 minutes away by car. Direct access to the terrace from the livingr. and one of the bedrooms. The terrace is separated from the joint-use, very large garden by 7 steps. Access to inside-parkinglot for safe parking of the car. Two pools (ca. 10x30m.) in the spacious garden are for joint use. A small train from Calahonda goes from en to a shoppingmall and the footbridges for reaching te beach. The surrounding have plenty of facilities for tennis, walking and all sorts of watersports. And within 30 minutes drive there are 45 golfcourses to be found!
