    Puerto de la Duquesa Apartment in Manilva - Our modern 2nd floor fully fitted luxury apartment is situated in a elevated position with sea views and surrounded by an 18 hole golf course. The holiday apartment has high quality marble floors throughout and is fully air-conditioned (hot and cold) in all rooms. There is a well equipped kitchen, with cooker, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. The utility room has a washing machine. The lounge/dining room is well furnished with dining table for 6, two sofas (one of which converts to a good quality double bed), TV (Satellite for BBC/ITV) together with a DVD/CD Player, with patio doors leading onto an extensive SW facing terrace equipped with table and recliners and chairs.

Within 10 minutes you can be out in the countryside and amonst the fascinating white villages and towns which remain unspoilt by tourism. There are 5 golf courses within 15 minutes drive and of course the complex is surrounded by the local one, the club house being just a short walk.

    Holiday in Manilva, Puerto de la Duquesa: The apartment location was selected very carefully, being in a quiet and elevated position with views of the sea, surrounded by Duquesa Golf Course. There are lively bars and restaurants around the Marina about 15 minutes walk away together with all essential shops including a small supermarket, newsagent, internet cafe and gift shops. Puerto de la Duquesa is known as the new Golden Mile on the Costa del Sol. It is ideally located midway along the coast between Gibraltar and Marbella/Puerto Banus each 25 mins drive away. The nearest beach spans both sides of the marina, on one side to the village of Sabinillas (20 minutes walk via the promenade) and on the other to the fishing hamlet of Castillo Duquesa. Sabinillas has a wider variety of shops including two larger supermarkets. The resort of Estepona is a 10 minute drive away with many shops and a large hypermarket and a long promenade and sandy beach. Inland you will find Casares and other attractive white towns in the mountains.

    Golf: The area between Gibraltar and Malaga is a paradise for golfers with over forty courses to choose from and indeed the apartment is surrounded by Duquesa Golf Course. This course has all that an expert or amateur player needs. It was designed by the world renowned and prestigious Mr Robert Trent Jones. Located as it is with views of the sea and mountains, this course enjoys a well deserved reputation. there are other superb golf courses within 15 minutes of Duquesa and these include Estepona, San Roque, Sotogrande and the world famous Valderraman. Golf prices and other information about the courses can be obtained in the Port.

    A Ł100 (150 euros) deposit will be required to secure a booking. The full balance becomes payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival together with a credit card security deposit which is taken on collection of the keys from the agent which is released at the end of the rental after the property has been checked unless there is any damage to the property or contents or loss of keys.

    Changeover day is Saturday, but some flexibility is possible outside the peak season of July and August. Part weeks will be considered. Normal check-in time is 4pm on Saturday afternoon and check-out is 10am on Saturday morning. Some flexibility is possible on request.

    Currently we are offering a 25% discount off web prices from 21st March until 30th June 2006 - This is a genuine discount which applies to up to 4 persons staying at the property. A small additional charge will be made if you wish for 5 or 6 persons to stay. Further discounts are available for stays of more than one week. During this period we will also consider long week end breaks and mid week rental start weeks so that you can book the cheapest flights available.
