These are just ten minutes drive away at Estepona port. We also enjoy 320 days of sunshine per year, making our villa idea for wonderful summers or mild winters. Holiday at Marina de Casares: Marina de Casares enjoys a 1km stretch of European Blue Flag sandy beach, with our villa placed a short walk through the development away. There are two marinas 5, and 10 minutes away which feature many attractive bars and restaurants. The villa is also close to 4 golf courses, including Valderrama and La Duquesa (5 minutes). Gibralter is a twenty minute drive away for duty free goods, as is Marbella in the other direction.

Notes to the Rates of the Villa in Estepona, Costa del Sol West
A €100 refundable key deposit is required with booking, which will be returned upon receipt of the key after your holiday.
We operate a strict Saturday-to-Saturday on bookings. However, during some off-peak times we may be more flexible depending on availability.
Booking Procedure:
* Contact us to check that we have the dates you require free.
* A 25% deposit (Cheque, Postal Order, EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer with IBAN bank account details) is required on booking.
* Six weeks prior to travel date, the balance and the €100 key deposit is due.
* Once payment has been received, the key for the property you are renting will be dispatched to you by post. You will have this key prior to your departure from home, so you will have it with you when you arrive in Spain.
* When you return home after the holiday, post us back the key. When we receive this, your €100 key deposit will be returned.
