Holiday house at Lake Vinuela set amongst its own private gardens, the property is known to have the best views in the area. The old school house has been tastefully restored. Bedroom 1: ensuite and walk in wardrobe, double bed. Bedroom 2: ensuite with twin beds. Bedroom 3: ensuite with twin beds. Bedroom 4: with 1 single bed.
Large rooms and windows throughout with numerous french windows onto shady patios. The gardens are old fashioned with an abundance of flower beds and trees to shade the eating areas. There is also a lawn in front of the property.
The whole property has a link fence arond it making it perfectly safe for children. The sound of goats in the valley below graze every morning and return again in the evening. An easy walking distance of 30 minutes into Periana either along the main road or the tracks and foot paths that take you through the olive groves.
There are views of the mountains, lake and sea from all sides.

Nearest village is Periana providing small supermarkets, restaurants, 2 banks, dentist, post office, spanish book shop, doctors and chemist. Every Sunday a small shop opens selling freshly cooked chickens and pork on the spit to take away. Saves cooking and extremely good.
The nearest beach is Torre del Mar 25 minutes drive. There are many beach bars/restaurants (chiringuitos). Thursday street markets in Torre del mar and Velez-Malaga, Wednesdays in Periana.

Notes to the Rates of the Holiday House in Vinuela, Costa del Sol East
Saturday change over after 5pm. Departure before 10 am.on a Saturday.
The pool is cleaned every Saturday and Wednesday.
During the week a gardener will appear to water the flowers.
Please contact the owner to discuss access for disabled guests!
To book we will require a third of the booking price and will hold the property for one week. A cheque for the remainder to be sent 8 weeks before arrival. A Ł150 breakage/damage deposit is required and will be returned to you within 10 days after your departure. (If no damage has occurred).
