Holiday house in Velez Malaga - This holiday house is located inland of the Costa del Sol in the Axarquia between the villages of Triana and Benamargosa and the Lake Vińuela. It´s in a pretty, out of the way location of 3500 square meter land hidden amongst plantations of mangos and avocados. There are also olives, almonds and grapevines around about. The house is surrounded by 1800 square meter land and protected by a fence which is apropiated for animals not to scape.
The house is reached via a dirt track in good condition. The beautiful garden, which is planted with large and attractive Mediterranean shrubs and palms, gives abundant shade. As well as a covered terrace, there is a sun terrace which offers fantastic views of the coast. There is a large sitting room with dining area and open plan kitchen. Thereafter there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a bunk bed, the other with one double bed. The bathroom is spacious with a large shower cubicle and a bidet. The house is newly built, is in excellent condition throughout, and has most modern comforts.
Completely isolated from the rest of the house precinct, it has got for summer time, a 300 m2 area where there is a 4x8 m2 swimming pool with a ( ESCALERA ROMANA), a barbecue with a complete 20 m2 outside kitchen, 8m2 bathroom and 90 m2 around the swimming pool.

This is an ideal place for a quiet, peaceful holiday, although it´s only 20 minutes from the hustle and bustle of the coast and golf facilities. It´s possible to make daytrips to Granada, Cordoba and Seville from here. It is an hour´s drive to the international airport at Málaga and it's only 40 minutes from Málaga town centre.
