A quiet 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom finca, locally furnished and with a large living area. From the terrace one can sometimes see the lights of the North African coastline and the Rif mountains beyond to the west,and the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range to the east. All windows have stunning views. 10 minute drive away to Competa. Modern kitchen and private/secluded pool. Loungers and parasols are provided. Bedrooms: bedroom 1 with double bed with overhead fans. Bedroom 2 with twin beds with overhead fans and ensuite. Bathrooms: bathroom with shower unit, basin and WC. Ensuite bathroom to bedroom 2 with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen: Modern Kitchen with all utensils and cooker, hobs, fridge freezer, microwave and fan etc. Living Rooms: Large living room opening onto terrace with comfortable 6 seater sofa, dining table with 4 chairs and occassional tables, satellite TV and DVD, FM radio with CD. Large fireplace with gas fire and portable fans and radiators. Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: towels and linen are included but beach towels are not. Property is cleaned before and after every rental. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and radiators. Our villa in Competa is situated on the top of a valley with views to the Nerja coastline. This villa has stunning views over the mountain, valley, and sea.

Notes: The pool is private to Finca Tabitha residents, is totally secluded and not overlooked. Approx 12 x 20ft, sun loungers are provided along with table, chairs and barbeque.
Wheelchair access to our villa in Competa is good, however there are three steps up to the pool.

Holiday in Competa, Andalucia: Competa ia about a 10 minute drive from the property and is a small but thriving village hosting many restaurants and tapas bars, a night club, and a variety of supermarkets, banks and commercial shops selling local honey and antiques etc.. A Spanish language school is also situated in Competa. Malaga is about 45 minutes away. Granada and the Alhambra Palace is about an hour away. Ferries ply daily between the Malaga ferry terminal and the North African mainland. Further along the coast it is possible to cross the Mediterranean from Algeciras (or Tarifa) to Morocco, with or without car, which can take from 35 mins. Trips to Gibraltar are also possible. In the winter months there is active skiing in the Sierra Nevada about 90 minutes away. Coast, Golf, Skiing....: The nearest beaches are at Nerja and Torrox (about 30 minutes away) which boasts some of the finest beaches in the Costas. 18 hole world championship BAVIERA Golf course is located within a 30 minute drive. Skiing in the spectacular Sierra Nevada mountain range is about a 90 minute drive.

Special deals available for long winter, last minute and long weekend rates. Changeover day is Saturday but can be negotiable. The property is available from 15.00hrs and should be vacated by 11.00hrs although this can also be negotiable. A non refundable 20% deposit to be taken at time of booking with the remainder 8 weeks before departure. A £100 deposit is taken against breakages and damage which will be refunded within 7 days of vacating the villa.
