Situated to the south of 'El Torcal de Antequera' and 1 km from the small village of La Joya, it is set in a fenced plot of 15,000 m2, within which there also lies another similar rental property (Casa Cantarero). The two dwellings each have their own swimming pool and are sufficiently separated to assure the privacy and tranquillity of each household.
Casa Torcalillos boasts a large garden and from the terraces one has breathtaking views of the Montes de Málaga, Sierra de Las Nieves and numerous villages that make up the Guadalhorce valley. On a clear day you will see the crystal blue Mediterranean sea and the coast of Africa on the horizon.

Notes to the Rates of the Cottage in Antequera, Malaga
To make a reservation we do require: 20% deposit of the total amount due, and is payable at the time you make the reservation.
The balance will became due 2 weeks before your arrival date. Failure to pay the balance your reservation will be cancelled.
Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
In case of cancellations you must send a cancellation in writing 30 days before arrival, in this case the client will lose the deposit. If we receive the cancellation 15 days before the arrival date the client will lose the 50% of the total accommodation cost and for early departures or no shows we will charge the full amount due.
Once made the reservation we will send you a confirmation letter and once paid the balance we will send you key collections instructions and directions.
Included in the price is all the water supply, electricity and gas, and central heating where applicable. Logs for the fire are not included and should be paid for direct to the owner.
Check in and Check out: Check in time is 4 pm and check out 10 am.
A breakage deposit of 200 € is to be paid on the day of arrival. This amount will be kept by the owner until the date of departure and will be returned to the client on the day of departure if there are no breakages. You are requested to leave the house tidy and put the rubbish in the bin.
If any of the facilities at the cottage do not work, please contact us as soon as posible.
