Cancelation 30 days before the arriving date, return of 100%.

Cancellation 11 to 19 days before the arriving date, return of 50% .
Cancellation 10 days previous to the arriving date, return of 0%.
These returns will be made as long as the property got new clients on the dates that you booked.
- Previously to the day of arrival the client will confirm specific meeting point for the property owner to drive them to the farmhouse.
-Children below two years does not pay, when proved with a legal document.
- The deficiencies that the client may find in the house, will have to be as rapidly as possible communicated to the owner to be able to be fix as quick as posible.
- The check out will be latest at 12' 00 noon, with the authorization of the owner. In case of entering a new client that same day, the owner shall communicate if necessary a different check out time.
- The operations of maintenance of the outer facilities will be the responsibility of the owner, as they can be: Cleaning of the swimming pool, gardens, etc.
- Once confirmed the availability of the request, we will facilitate an account number to where the amount will deposit to validate the booking.
- The owner is not responsible of any accidents that can happen in the enclosure of the property, Farmhouse-orchard “MARIEN”. The use of the swimming pool, bicycles, barbecue, chimney and rest of the facilities will be under the responsibility of the client.
The fact of making a booking supposes to express acceptance of these general conditions.
