Bed and Breakfast in Alpujarra, Sierra Nevada: Full Board or Bed & Breakfast in Alpujarras, Sierra Nevada - Our accommodation is located in the heart of the peaceful Alpujarra mountain range in Andalucia. We are an English family living in a fully renovated spanish villa. The nearest village is Torvizcon which is 30 minutes drive down a spanish pista. We provide breakfast and a three course meal plus all the free locally made wine you care to drink. There is also a self catering option. Features include heated swimming pool, home cooked meals and ensuite bedrooms. We focus on providing a laid back atmosphere and welcome you to make the place your home. There are plenty of hiking/walking tracks or you can spend your time relaxing by the pool in the almost constant sunshine and stargazing by night. All in all we provide the perfect location and facilities for a peaceful and relaxing get away. We are well suited for families and offer special prices for children under seven. The Mediterranean Sea seems incredibly close as it dominates our view, but being 1000m up the mountain it takes 40 minutes drive to arrive at the nearest beach. There are several famous beach areas at this distance, the closest being Castell de Ferro which is glorious for swimming and suntanning. There are several top quality golf courses about one and a quater hours away. The Sierra Nevada ski fields are just an hour and a half drive away. Here you will find Sol y Nieve - Pradollano which is the most southern ski resort of Europe and no ski area in Europe has more hours of sunshine. The Sierra Nevada is a white paradise from November until May.

Notes: We have a large renovated villa with 2 available en suites upstairs including toilets and showers. Each one has a double bed and room for extra bedding. One of these ensuites has a sunny private patio overlooking Mediterranean Sea. We also have 2 bedrooms downstairs with a shared bathroom including bath, shower and toilet. One downstairs bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, the other only a double bed. Guests have full access to kitchen and laundry facilities which include all the commodities you could desire, including microwaves, ovens, blenders, toasters, jug ... and much more.

We can arrange payment in cash or cheque upon arrival.a comfirmation phone no. must be provided on booking. We are flexible for arrival and departure times. The nearest airports are found in Granada or Almeria, both an hour and a half drive away. We can arrange collection and return to either airport. There is also a bus from Granada twice daily and found on the website www.continental-auto.es If you are coming to soak up the sun and relax in our isolated location than there is no need for your own transport. However, if you are planning to visit nearby villages, beaches or ski slopes than hiring a car is advisable.
