The very authentic town house Abuelo Martín (275m2) is situated close to the centre of Villaviciosa de Córdoba in Andalusia. The house dates back to the end of the 18th century and is fully renovated. The arched vaults in the bedrooms, in the passage and the pavement of the biggest courtyard are original. The wooden ceilings in the dinning room and the TV-room and all the doors are brought back in its original state. The house has a 2nd patio, which provide the dining and bedroom with daylight. The biggest patio has a small waterbasin which provides a pleasant refreshment and an original draw well
Villaviciosa de Córdoba is in the heart of the chain of mountains Sierra Morena, where the nature mixes with the peace of this land and where the route "Camino Mozßrabe" runs along the Santiago. There is even a lake close by. Villaviciosa is a place with a big variation of flora and fauna and a richness for the art in hunting the deers and the swines which are in excess here. Situated at approx. 40 min. from Cordoba.
