Rurally situated villa (150m2) in Coín at Mßlaga. This villa is completely decorated in a rustic Andalusian style and equip with all the comfort. In the garden you will find a swimming pool with a large terrace for sunbathing, bbq and chairs. Near the swimming pool there is also a pool house with shower and washing machine. The finca has a big private property of 4000m2 with fruit trees, and you can take wonderful walks through it. There is another house on the property. In the garden, you have beautiful views over the surrounding. Within only 20min. you will find the beaches of Marbella and in a half hour is the roaring town Malaga. In the surrounding of the house, you can visit the famous Moorish town Granada (within 1,5 hours), the white village Mijas or the famous places Torremolinos and Benalmßdena. This finca is the perfect place to celebrate a sunny holiday!
