Chilches Costa: terraced house Garden Beach, outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of Chilches. For shared use: garden with lawn 700 m2, swimming pool (12 m2, 01.06.-30.09.), paddling pool. Supermarket 1 km, bar, bus stop 50 m. Sandy beach 50 m, golf course 1 km. The swimming pool is closed one day a week for cleaning and every day from 14.00-17.00. Swimming pool timetable is laid down by town hall rules. The childrens pool is built on to the main pool and the barrier, you can see on the photo, has been removed for safety reasons. Quiet residential area in which the the quiet hours must be adhered to. There is an underpass to the beach.The pool is open from 01.06 to 30.09.
Housing: 4-room terraced house 100 m2 on 2 levels, practical furnishings: living/dining room 25 m2, with 1 double sofa bed, open fireplace, TV and electric heater, exit to the garden, to the patio. 1 room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 90 cm). Kitchen (deep freezer). Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (135 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm). Bath/bidet/WC. Garden 30 m2. Facilities: washing machine.
