A little further away is the Cabo de Gata natural park with its stunning beaches & cristal clear waters.
    There are several golf courses within 25 minutes drive, including Valle de Este and the famous Desert Springs.
    The skiing slopes of the Sierra Nevada are less than 2 hours drive.

There is a large gravelled area for guests to enjoy with many palm trees. The extensive fenced area has many large olive trees & a childs swing.

The kitchen has a built-in oven, gas hob & extractor, sink, microwave, large fridge/freezer, granite worktops & plenty of cupboard space. The apartment also benefits from a coffee maker, toaster, sandwich maker, iron & ironing board & a full set of crockery & cooking untensils. There is a barbecue & outside table & chairs. The lounge area enjoys 2 & 3 seater settees, antique pine table & chairs. It also has a TV & a Hi-Fi unit. There is a log burner for winter evenings. All rooms have ceiling fans. All linen is provided & bath towels & changed weekly (beach towels not provided).

    Bed & Breakfast at Casa Olivos: The first guest bedroom has 2 twin beds & a sofa bed for children. The room has a large wardrobe, bedside units, mirror & it benefits from air conditioning. There is direct access to a large terraced area with chairs, table & fabulous views to the mountains.It has ensuite facilities. The second guest bedroom has a double bed & a large wardrobe, bedside units, mirror, chest of drawers & it benefits from air conditioning. There is direct access to a large terraced area with chairs, table & fabulous views to the mountains. It has ensuite facilities. The third bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, mirror & bedside units and has ensuite facilities. The fourth bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables, it has a private bathroom. There is a guest lounge with satellite TV, guest dining room & a fridge with cold drinks & a tea/coffee making facility. A choice of breakfast is also available. The Bed & Breakfast has a payment on departure system.

    Notes to the Rates of the Holiday Apartment in Almanzora, Almeria

    January - March: 250 euros/1-2 people/week and 280 euros/3-4 people/week.
    April - May: 300 euros/1-2 people/week and 330 euros/3-4 people/week.
    June: 320 euros/1-2 people/week and 350 euros/3-4 people/week.
    July - August: 400 euros/1-2 people/week and 430 euros/3-4 people/week.
    September: 320 euros/1-2 people/week and 350 euros/3-4 people/week.
    Ocotober - December: 250 euros/1-2 people/week and 280 euros/3-4 people/week.

    For the apartment we require 30% with the booking & the balance 4 weeks before the arrival date. If booked within 4 weeks of the arrival date all the monies are due on arrival. A refundable deposit of 100 euro is also required on arrival. For lets of one month or longer there is a 10% discount in October to March.
    Preferred changeover day is Saturday, arrivals after 4pm & departures before 11am.

    The airports of Almeria (1hr), San Javier(1hr 40m) & Alicante (1hr 50m) & Granada (2hr)are all easily accessible by the excellent motorway system. Car hire is essential to fully appreciate what the area has to offer.
    The town of Albox with its banks, shops, bars & restaurants is 1km from the accommodation, the beaches are 30 minutes drive, Granada & the Alhambra is 2 hours drive away, Mini Hollywood & the desert is 1 hour drive and the lakes at Baza are just over 1 hours drive. There is a waterpark at Vera 30 minutes drive.
