Holiday in Sotogrande, Cadiz: Easy access to the N340 takes you to Gibraltar in 15 minutes, Algeciras in 20 minutes, Mabella in 25 minutes and Malaga (International airport) in 60 minutes. In the local village there are numerous opportunities to enjoy both Spanish and international cooking. There are a number of beaches within 15 minutes drive, and wind surfing is a 40 minute drive to Tarifa.
Day trips: Day trips to Gibraltar (by car) and Tangier (by ferry from Algeciras) are just one of many places to visit. Ronda, with the oldest bull ring in Spain is 60 minutes by car, as are a number of other interesting Pueblos Blancos around this area.
Golf: There are five golf clubs all within a 10 minutes drive, with La Canada Golf Club within walking distance. Green fees range from 44€ for 18 holes in La Canada, to 220€ for 18 holes in Valderrama.
