Townhouse in Villamartin, Alicante - Our recently completed 3 twin bedroom and two bathroom duplex house is situated in Villamartin, Southern Costa Blanca. It sleeps 6 people comfortably and overlooks Villamartin Golf Course.
To the front of the house which attracts the sun all day there are two patio areas. On the first floor there is a sun terrace accessed from Bedroom 2 and 3 and at the very top of the property is the upper sun terrace which gives the best view of the golf course, and in the distance the sea. Downstairs is the lounge/diner with seating for six. The television receives English satellite TV with Sky Sports/Sky Movies Digital Radio/BBC etc etc. The kitchen has Hob/Oven, Fridge/Freezer, Dish Washer and Microwave Oven. The downstairs bathroom has basin, toilet and shower cubicle. Finally downstairs is bedroom 1 with twin beds, a/c unit and large built in wardrobe.
On the first floor is bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 both having access to the sun terrace through double and single glazed doors. They both have a/c units, twin beds (which can be pushed together if you wish to get close!) and large built in cupboards. The family bathroom has toilet, bidet, bath/shower and decorative sink unit. Another flight of stairs takes you to the upper sun deck and the store of a full range of outside furniture.
Airconditioning, a must in the Summer, and heating for the winter.

Villamartin Plaza, with its range of Bars, Restaurants, and Night Clubs is a short walk away but away, Blue Flag beaches and a number of golf courses a short drive away. There are ample supermarkets and street markets nearby, and the main town of Torrevieja a short drive away.
A ten minute drive will take you to the nearest beach at La Zenia. There are a number of beaches up and down the coast to choose from and all are very clean and have the Blue Flag appointed to confirm their safety and cleanliness.
