Holiday apartment with pool in Villamartin, Costa Blanca - We offer for rent our newly built luxury penthouse apartment with air conditioning, garden and private pool. It is in a lovely location with parks, restaurants, shops and banks within a 5 minute walk. Villa Martin, Campamor and Las Ramblers Golf Courses are close by as is the beach, horseriding and lovely countryside.
Bedroom 1 has double bed, wardrobe, drawers and balcony and bedroom 2 has twin beds, wardrobe and bedside cabinet. Bathroom with bath, shower, wc, bidet and towels supplied. A fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven/hob, toaster and kettle. Utility area with washing machine, clothes airer, ironing board and iron. The lounge diner has air conditioning, English television, 2 sofas, dining table and chairs for 4 people and leads onto a balcony with table and chairs. There is a large solarium on the top of the apartment with great views of the surrounding area. The garden, driveway and pool are enclosed and private and the gate is lockable, it is for the sole use of our apartment. There is outdoor furniture of tables and chairs, sun loungers on the solarium.

The closest beach is La Zenia 5 minutes by car, it offers a great beach and water sports, there is also a good pool with eating area and restaurant.

Travel: It is ideally situated between 2 low cost airports, Alicante is 40 minutes away and flights are available with Easyjet, Murcia is 15 minutes away and flights are available with Ryanair. If you don't want a car we can provide transport to and from Alicante and Murcia airports.
There is plenty to do at Torrevieja, which is a 20 minute drive away. There is an aqua park, go-cart track, cinema, clubs, nightly market and funfair and a large street market on a Friday where you can buy fresh fruit, veg, clothes and lots more. The lovely town of Murcia is well worth a visit and just 20 minutes drive away. At La Zenia there is very large ceramics shop with plenty of Spanish pottery to choose from. There is a dive centre and water sports available at 'San Pedro'.
Benidorm is approximately an hours drive, where you will find great theme parks, 'Terra Mitica' and 'Mundo Mar' dolphin and sea lion park, being just two.
Golf information: There are 3 good golf courses close by, Villamartin is just a couple of minutes by car, Campamor and Las Ramblers are only 5 minutes away. Even if you don't play golf they offer great restaurants and swimming pools.
