Located in a quiet residential area, it is only a few minutes drive from the superb beach at Guardamar and the bustling market town of Torrevieja. The property is superbly equipped and furnished, and has spacious terraces upstairs and downstairs. It has a private pool and the garden/pool area is fully tiled with a patio/BBQ area. The property is south facing and benefits from all day sunshine. This villa has a stunning view over the lake!

Notes: The patio as well as the pool area has a table and chairs. the pool area also has sunlongers. A utility room off one of the bedrooms houses the washing machine, boiler and various household appliances. There is a no-smoking policy within the house, although this is permitted on the terraces and pool area. Ceiling fans are fitted in all three bedrooms as well as the lounge.

Holiday in Quesada, Torrevieja: Ciudad Quesada is an award winning urbanization located on south facing slopes with commanding views over the salt lakes of Torrevieja and La Mata. Beyond them the Mediterranean sea glistens on the horizon and further views take in the mountains and inland plains covered with orange and lemon groves filling the air with delicate aroma in flowering seasons. Each of the local towns holds a weekly street market where fruit and vegetables, cooked food and of course the local wine can be bought very cheaply. The area is quite cosmopolitan and the many restaurants reflect the differing cultures and tastes. It is a superb location which due to the many facilities appeals to everyone, including families and golfers, and those who just want to chill out! Golf in Quesada: There are many superb golf courses within a short drive including La Marquesa, La Finca, Las Ramblas, Real Club de Campoamor and Villamartin making this area truly a golfers paradise.
