Holiday Apartment in Punta Prima, Torrevieja Area:

Close to shops, restaurants, banks. 10 minutes from Torrevieja, 40 minutes from Alicante airport, 20 minutes from Murcia airport.
Punta Prima is a mainly residential area about 8 kms. south of Torrevieja with Playa Flamenca to the south. The nearest airports are Murcia (San Javier) which is a 20 minute drive away to the south and Alicante, 40 minute drive to the north. Shops, restaurants & supermarkets are all nearby. There is an excellent hourly bus service into Torrevieja which costs just €1 each way. The nearest bus stop is just half a minute's walk from the apartment.

Local attractions: There is a market every day of the week in different places but the Playa Flamenca one on a Saturday morning is certainly one of the best and easiest to get round. It is just 5 minutes away by car or bus and well worth a visit. Get there early though if you don't like crowds. Swimming and Beach. Our complex has three large swimming pools (one heated) with children's area. There are blue flag beaches within easy reach at Los Naufragos, Playa Flamenca & La Zenia. The beach at Punta Prima is just a short walk away. There are numerous restaurants close by catering for a wide variety of tastes - English, Spanish, Italian, Indian, Chinese, Japanese and others. A discotheque is also close by at the Torrejoven Hotel. A great choice of supermarkets is also just a short walk away.

Golf Information: There are at least 5 golf courses within a few minutes drive: Golf Club Campoamor - The layout of this course has been adapted both to the professional & the amateur. The fairways are wide & long but the greens & the inclination of the fairways are the big challenges. Las Ramblas Golf Club - Located between two ravines on the shore of the Mediterranean, next to a luxury housing estate, this course requires the player to use great precision when hitting the ball as both fairways & greens are narrow & demanding. Villamartin Golf Club - The variety of the 18 holes offered by this course was achieved thanks to an excellent design that gives enthusiasts the chance to enjoy using all 14 clubs from their bags. Of note are the fast greens which are always magnificently maintained. La Marquesa Golf Club - Lying in a valley between two mountains, this course is mainly flat & offers no particular difficulties. It has wide fairways interspersed with canals, lakes & other obstacles which all players find enjoyable. It is a course that ranks as very comfortable, yet gives players a chance to use a wide variety of irons. La Finca - description as La Marquesa. The world famous La Manga Golf Club is only 30 minutes away by car.

The rental rates for this property are quoted in GBP per property per week.

A deposit of 25% of the total rental price in pounds sterling is required at the time of booking and to secure it. Changeover days can be any day of the week but the owners must be notified of late departures. The balance will be due 6 weeks prior to departure as will the £100 key/damage deposit, refundable on return of keys but subject to inspection for damage/loss by our agents and no excessive cleaning/laundering being required. For late bookings, the total amount must be received at the latest 2 weeks prior to departure. Bookings for more than 2 consecutive weeks will be given a 10% discount on the additional days/weeks booked. Long winter lets for 2 people only may be considered. Price on application.
The above prices are inclusive of laundry, cleaning and air-conditioning. Airport collection - Airport runs can be arranged for those who do not wish to hire a car for the whole duration of their holidays. Please ask Iain and Sylvia for a price.
