Holiday Apartment is situated overlooking the 13th tee and fairway on Las Ramblas Golf. It is on the first floor (being the top floor) of a small group of individually designed apartments/bungalows. Access is obtained via steps leading from the car ports to the front gate and a further flight of steps leads to the front door.
Marble floors and air conditioning keep the apartment very cool during the summer months, together with window shutters. The apartment is very spacious and offers a large sun balcony for those alfresco breakfasts and a generous roof terrace with views across the golf course for sunbathing and barbecuing. The living room is bright and spacious with an open plan sitting room and dining area. It is furnished in a modern style with a free standing up-lighter. As well as a high capacity air conditioning system this can reverse to supply heating in the out of season.
There is a large master bedroom with air-conditioning/heating unit, 2 single beds, 2 bedside drawer units and lamps. The 2nd bedroom is with twin beds across hall from bathroom.
The well-equipped kitchen is adjacent the dining area. Equipment provided includes a halogen hob, oven, large fridge/freezer, automatic washing machine. The “storage” area is situated next to the kitchen; it contains the steam iron, ironing board and clothes dryer. Equipment for the barbecue is also here.
The communal pool is situated opposite the apartment and slightly down the road.

Holiday on Las Ramblas Golf Course, Torrevieja, Costa Blanca: A number of Blue Flag beaches are near by. Campoamor and Cabo Roig 5 - 10 minute drive. Campoamor walkable down dry river bed roughly 30 - 45 minutes.
Golf: This delightful apartment on Las Ramblas Golf Course overlooks the 13th Tee and fairway. Las Ramblas is a demanding course with its narrow fairways and greens, requiring great precision when hitting the ball;
Courses within a 10-minute drive are: Campoamor, sitting in a picturesque valley, has wide and long fairways, but the greens and the inclination of the fairways makes this a challenging course;
Villamartin, set in a pine forest, boasts tight fairways and magnificently manicured fast greens, making this course one of the most testing.
Further afield, but worth a visit are: the famous La Manga Golf Resort, 30 minutes to the South, and La Finca, a new championship course, is 20 minutes to the North.
