La Finca golf course is situated at the foot of Mount Escotera and has been designed to host top tournaments. The course has the greatest variety of greens of any course on the Costa Blanca, ranging in size from very large to very small. Several lakes with running water and reed beds along the course add beauty and difficulty to the game. Creating a beautiful backdrop of vegetation with a distinctly Mediterranean flavour that confirms this course as the 'one' to play. There are many other golf courses in the region, all within 20 mins drive away. 15 mins by car from Algorfa is the coastal town of GUARDAMAR DEL SEGURA. The popular year-round holiday destination of TORREVIEJA is also located within a short car-ride from Algorfa.

Golf in Algorfa, Orihuela: The La Finca complex, when complete, will consist of two 18 hole championship golf courses, a top class hotel, a large shopping centre and luxury homes. The first golf course was opened in 2001, the second is planned for 2006. Located near the towns of Algorfa and Orihuela, and only a short journey to beaches and to the 'sister' golf courses at Villamartin and Las Ramblas, 'La Finca Golf' is a golfing oasis in the heart of the Spanish countryside. La Finca Golf course offers many facilities for enjoying your time in a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Designed to host top tournaments, La Finca has the greatest variety of greens of any course on the Costa Blanca, ranging in size from very large to very small. As a bonus feature, the course has a reserve hole so that, in the event that one of the holes has to be closed off unexpectedly, players are still able to complete a full 18-hole round.

Useful Information: A car is essential at the moment in order to get around - the shops, restaurants and banks on the complex are due to be finished by the end of 2005. However a 5/10 min drive will take you either to Algorfa town itself, which has a few restaurants and bars, or in the other direction, Los Montesinos, which has a number of restaurants bars & supermarkets. Ciudad Quesada: A purpose built commercial area approx 15 mins drive offers a good selection of restaurants including Indian and Chinese. Guardamar del Segura: A 15/20 mins drive, boasts long sandy beaches. There is a good selection of restaurants and bars. Torrevieja: A large town 20 mins drive away. it has a promenade with shops and restaurants together with large supermarkets and much of the nightlife. Benidorm: An hour’s drive north has all you would expect from a large tourist resort including exotic bird and sea life park, aqua park and theme park. All this allows you to choose either an active holiday or just relax in the sun!

The rental rates for this property are quoted in GBP per property per week.

There is an additional 20% surcharge over the Xmas and Easter periods - please email for details. To reserve dates a £ 100 non-refundable deposit per week is required. The balance is required 8 weeks before the start of the rental period. Additionally at this time we ask for a security deposit of £150. This security deposit will be refunded within 5 days of the end of the rental period provided there is no loss or damage. On arrival there is a € 65 end-cleaning charge levied. For cancellations between 5 and 8 weeks before the rental period 50% of the rental rate will be refunded. For cancellations less than 5 weeks before the rental period, there is no refund. We have tried to take every care for your comfort and safety and we therefore accept no liability for loss or accidents whilst you are renting our holiday home. By booking you are deemed to accept this condition.

Rates quoted are per week not per person, and include electricity/water and cleaning service before arrival.

Normal change-over day is Saturday but other days can be arranged. Check out is by 10:00 and arrival after 15:00.
