Holiday in Algorfa, La Finca Golf Course: We are well situated for Golf (directly on the complex and with several courses within 25 minutes drive, La Manga is about an hour) and the Blue flag Beaches of the area, most notably Guardamar del Segura. We are close to Torrievieja and to Orihuela and well placed for motorway access to outlying locations. La Finca will soon have its own motorway access. We have spent some time looking for our ideal location, village based but near to towns, plenty of room to breathe and not too far from the facilities. All around us are the orange groves with the sweet smell of blossom and easy carefree roads in excellent condition. Behind us is the magnificent mountain range as a backdrop and to the east the Spanish countryside disappears into the sea, just past the medieval castle that stands proud on the hilltop overlooking the famous salt lakes. Alicante itself is just 30 minutes drive away, and as yet untouched by mass tourism is the county of Murcia, also 30 minutes drive away.

La Finca Golf Course: La Finca had been designed to be the most up to date and is arguably the best Golf course in the area. It is aiming to host the Spanish open and later the Ryder cup. At around €72 for green fees it is a clear indication of the value placed on the course. Nearby are the Campoamor, las Ramblas and Villmartin golf courses, at around €42 for green fees. Additionally there are several other 18 and 9 hole courses and not too far away is La Manga. All green fees are available at discounts from many suppliers on the net. Guests who have played La Finca, all sing its praises, for real golf lovers, this is the one to beat. John a golfing fan stayed May 2005 writes’ 'Great place to stay and play golf. Clearly as the development nears completion and the commercial infrastructure settles into place i.e. bars etc the location will become even more attractive'.

Costa Blanca: The Costa Blanca is well known for its sunshine (300+ days per year) and Blue flag beaches (stacks of them)and has probably the biggest concentration of UK nationals in Spain. Almost everywhere the locals can speak some english and the products and services available are tailored with the english culture in mind. It is less so inland where the tourism industry has not yet penetrated so deeply. You can have both a relaxing or a hustle bustle type of holiday, the choice is yours.

The rental rates for this property are quoted in EUR per property per week.

We charge in our quoted price of Euros. For periods which cross rental rates the charge will be pro rata. There is a surchage of 20% for Easter and Christmas periods.
To reserve dates a €200 (£150) non-refundable deposit per week is required. The balance is required 8 weeks before the start of the rental period. Additionally at this time we ask for a security deposit of € 300 (£200). This security deposit will be refunded within 5 days of the end of the rental period provided there is no loss or damage. On arrival there is a € 60 end-cleaning charge levied.
For cancellations between 5 and 8 weeks before the rental period 50% of the rental rate will be refunded. For cancellations less than 5 weeks before the rental period, there is no refund.

For your comfort and convenience we offer some additional services to provide you with a stress-free holiday... for example, who wants to shop for food on arrival?
Service Packs: On arrival, the house is equipped with the necessary washing machine / dishwasher consumables plus cleaning materials sufficient for your stay and tea towels. In addition we provide 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, a kitchen roll, kitchen cleaning cloths.
Starter Package: At cost price (approximately € 60) + € 10 service charge. Mineral water, fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, butter, bread, ham, cheese, cornflakes, milk, orange juice, tea bags, filter coffee, biscuits, beer, wine.

Beach Towels: Freshly laundered beach towels at € 6 each per stay.
Golf Clubs for Rent: Men's golf clubs (Wilson firestick new in 2005) with bag and trolley €45 per week or € 75 for 2 weeks. Ladies golf clubs with bag and trolley (somewhat older) €40 per week or € 60 for 2 weeks.
Air conditioning/ Heating: €30 per week - probably only needed in high season or if very cold.
Touch of luxury: Would you like a change of linen, fresh sheets etc. laundered and changed for you mid-way through your holiday at €15 per change?
