Holiday apartment in Algorfa, Costa Blanca - This two-bedroom holiday apartment is located in a lovely area of the Costa Blanca, within easy reach of both Alicante and Murcia airports. The apartment is in a brand new gated community which was completed last year. The Fontana development is located on the edge of the small Spanish town of Algorfa, and is next to open countryside, including orange and lemon groves. The apartment is in an elevated position, with panoramic views over the surrounding area, nearby mountains and the prestigious La Finca golf course.
<>The Fontana Algorfa development comprises four sets of architecturally pleasing apartments around a communal pool and landscaped walkways. Entry to the complex is by secure gates or via the secure underground car park (with your own dedicated space), with lifts serving the three floors above ground level. Our apartment is an “Atico” on the top floor. It has a private balcony with nice views and a spiral staircase up to a private roof solarium which, of course, is a sun trap.
The apartment has two bedrooms – one double and one twin. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge area making it possible to sleep up to six people. The apartment has an entrance hall, utility room with washing machine, kitchen area (including hob, oven and fridge/freezer), lounge, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with bath, shower, sink, wc and bidet. The apartment is air conditioned and fully furnished, with all the crockery, cutlery and pots and pans that you might need.

There is a wide choice of excellent beaches to visit. The closest one is at Guardamar (10 mins by car), which is recommended in the Eyewitness guides as being one of the best and quietest on the Costa Blanca. There are five golf courses within a short distance of the apartment.
