Characteristic detached villa with a private swimming pool located on a fenced property of 3,700 m2. The villa is located on the edge of the forest, 120 m above sea level. From the villa you’ll have a splendid view of the mountains, the Playa de Albir, Alfaz del Pi and Altea. The villa is located between the picturesque town of Altea and the dazzling resort of Benidorm. If you’re looking for a bit of peace and quiet but also wouldn’t mind going out for a great evening, Casa Simona is the right address for you. The sea is only 3 km away, and the Terra Mitica amusement park is 11 km away. The villa is particularly spacious and has a great deal of privacy due to the large garden area with petanque field, golf putting green and half-covered outdoor bar. There is a separate playroom with TV for the children, where they can play, draw, paint, etc. to their heart’s content.
