A part (40m2) of this detached villa is hired when the owner is not present. You therefore have enough privacy and have a beautiful swimming pool at your disposal. Unique for 2 persons accomodation! Around the villa is a big garden with diverse terraces (including reclining chairs). The garden (approx. 1.000 m˛) is completely walled in and all entrance to the property is lockable. The place Albir is located within walking distance and has beautiful beaches. The famouse tourist place Benidorm is located only several kilometres south from Albir and offers enough amusement and attractions in the summer months. The landscape behind the coast is green and has many woody areas, where orange and lemon trees can be found. The harbour town Alicante is worth a visit with its cosy boulevard and old inner part of town. Altea is an old fishermens town where artists are and on the high point of the town lays a beautiful church with blue domes. Here you will find many restaurants, bars, terraces and many art shops. Along the Costa Blanca are more interesting historic remnants, like castles and monuments. Then there are many picturesque villages with narrow inclining streets.
