The villa is situated just minutes from the soft, sandy El Arenal Beach, Javea Old Town and Port which boasts a variety of bars and restaurants. Denia, Moraira and the Jalon Valley are all within in easy reach and the golf courses of La Sella and Oliva Nova are about 30 minutes away.

Holiday in Javea: The historic medieval old town of Javea has a Gothic fortified church, Archaeological Museum, whitewashed houses and narrow streets with a colourful market every Thursday. The port has a traditional fishing fleet and marina with pebble beaches. El Arenal has a horseshoe shaped beach of soft white sand and along its promenade cafes, bars, restaurants, boutiques and shops can be found. Beaches are blue flag standard and are monitored by the Red Cross Beach Patrol. Protected by the Montgo Mountain, Javea has a near perfect climate and has been designated as one of the healthiest places in the world to live by the World Health Organisation.

Leisure activities: With 320 days of sunshine per year Javea has plenty to offer the sports enthusiast. The nearest golf course is Javea which has a 9 hole course, tennis courts and swimming pool. The 18 hole La Sella course is 5km away, with a Marriot Hotel, health club and spa. Other courses nearby are the 9 hole course of Club de Golf Ifach in Moraira, the Club de Golf Don Cayo in Altea and the 18 hole Seve Ballesteros course of Oliva Nova. Further a field near Alicante and Valencia are more championship golf clubs. There are tennis clubs in Javea and Moraira and bowling clubs in Javea and Benitachell. A choice of beaches offer wind surfing, jet skiing, sailing and diving for water sports lovers with a school for beginners.

Tourist attractions: There are many places of interest. Denia can be reached by road or by glass bottom boat from Javea port. It has a 17th century castle, a large port where ferries sail to the Balearic island of Ibiza, a selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The 16th century historic Moorish town of Guadalest is perched high on a mountain and is reached by a gateway through the rock. Nearby you can swim in the cool waters of the Fuentes del Algar. The city of Valencia is famous for its festivals. Las Fallas, the fire festival is a week long festival held in March and in August in the town of Bunyol is the Tomatina Fiesta. Alicante has a 16th century fortified castle, Castillo de Santa Barbara, overlooking the town. Other attractions include the Vergel Safari Park, Terra Mitica theme park near Benidorm with some of the biggest rides in Europe, Aqualandia water park, the Cueva of Calaveras, Mundomar animal water park and the beautiful vineyards and almond groves of the Jalon Valley.

A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your reservation with the balance payable a full 10 weeks before your holiday commences. A £150 (refundable) security deposit is paid at this time. This will be refunded to your home address at the end of your holiday.

Rates include electricity, gas, water, pool and garden maintenance but a further charge will be levied for the central heating and air-conditioning if required.
