A further bedroom of 16 m˛ with fitted wardrobes, AC. The 3rd bedroom of 13 sq metres has a free standing wardrobe and chest of drawers and Fan. Hairdryer supplied. There is a separate American style shower room with walk in Shower vanity unit with wash basin and WC. The farmhouse style pine kitchen and dining area has all new modern facilities, includin a wall mounted 22 in flat screen TV. The utility room has washing machine,and hand washing sink enclosed in units. The Lounge has AC, Satelite TV with free to air programmes VCR, DVD, CD player. The Large sunny Naya Lounge overlooks the swimming pool. Double glazed windows fitted with Mosquito nets. The large grassed garden has 4 Palm trees offering natural shade. the swimming pool is 8x5 and has a shallow end for children. Around the swimming pool is the terrace area wih a beautiful purpose built BBQ. 700 metres walk to sandy beach of Javea. Enclosed by orange groves and vine groves in a quiet location yet near to all restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and supermarket. The supermarket is only a 2 mins walk.

a further 50% 2 moths prior to your holiday.
Security deposit of Ł400 required in advance and returned one week after holiday.
