Holiday Apartment in Javea, Javea & Moraira Area: Luxury penthouse apartment in Javea, Alicante, Spain - This luxury penthouse apartment is situated 200m from the Arenal beach area on the marina development. The apartment was completed in june 2003 and has been fitted out to the highest standards. There are 4 bedrooms two twin two double unlike other apartments we dont have bunk beds or fold away beds. Two luxury bathrooms. The apartment is south facing with views over the swimming pool and gardens the hills of mongo and the marina, there are two large terraces complete with sun beds and table for alfresco dinning that seats 8 adults. The apartment has the benefit of full air-conditioning/ heating system installed, satellite tv, dvd player, cd stereo system. The complex is complete with the following facilities squash court, paddel tennis court, Turkish bath/steam room and gymnasium, all private for the use of residents only. There is a large designer swimming pool with air jets and water fountain feature all within the landscaped gardens. We can arrange a marina berth 6m (at an additional cost) We have a brochure that is available upon request. This apartment has a stunning view over the pool, hills & marina!

Special rates available for winter lets and for late bookings in some periods. We require a non-refundable deposit of 25% with the completed booking form. Balance due 6 weeks before departure. We also require a refundable key/damage deposit of £100.00 with each booking. Please note this apartment sleeps 8 adults in four bedrooms not the normal box rooms found in other lower quality apartments the apartment has full air conditioned systems. Full colour brochure available upon request. The price quoted includes a weekly clean. Hand and bath towels for each guest. Bed linen is included (baby bedding not included.)
