You may park your car in the underground car space immediately below the apartment and it has direct stairs and lift acess to the apartment. The internet acess is in the special communal room. Linen and towels are provided but not pool/beach towels the apartment is cleaned both before and after your holiday period. There is a communal fitness room, sauna, and childrens play room and outside play area also. All the communal facilities are available to every one from the apartment.

Holiday in Denia: Denia is a cosmopolitan town of roman origins and has miles of safe sandy beaches (Las Marinas being the largest), and is an old fishing town dominated by its ancient castle on a hill at the centre. It is located on the Costa Blanca's northern end and is very close to the LA SELLA GOLF with the 5 star Marriot spa hotel and a further 3 golf courses within 15 mins drive, the Montgo National park and 2 marinas and fast ferry available for day trips to the Balearic islands of Ibiza and Majorica. Denia has many excellent and exclusive shops and restaurants all within 10 mins walk. Easy access is afforded from both Valencia and Alicante Airports via the motorway and takes about 1 hour. The attractions of Benidorm are about 25 minutes by car and include 'Mundomar marine animal park', 'Aqualandia' water park, Terra Mitica theme park, and the world famous 'Benidorm Palace' dinner and exotic show.
