Holiday apartment in Benitachell, Costa Blanca is a privately owned, brand new apartment situated on top of the quiet residential mountain of Cumbre Del Sol.
The apartment comprises entrance hall, 2 bedrooms, lounge/diner, American style kitchen, bathroom, utility room and a large sun terrace.
Entrance hall with coat rack and pine chest of drawers containing maps, leaflets and details of local interest plus important telephone numbers. Lounge/dining room with double sofa , 1 chair, coffee table, pine cabinet, TV (Sky, BBC, ITV etc), DVD, CD player/radio, radiator, dining table with chairs. Bedroom 1 with double bed. Bedroom 2 with two single beds. Both bedrooms have double wardrobes. Large sofa bed in living room for one person. Bathroom: Spacious, bright and airy with large shower cubicle, wash basin with large mirror/lights, wc, small floor cabinet, wall radiator. Utility Room: water boiler, iron/ironing board, 2 portable sunbeds, 2 floor standing room fans, all necessary cleaning equipment etc.
The holiday apartment in Benitachell has a large sunny and very private terrace with patio furniture, chairs with cushions, large parasol, 2 sunbeds. A few steps down from the apartment there is parking availablity. Literally one minute walk away you have the use of two amazing swimming pools with large sun terraces which are surrounded by beautiful flowerbeds.

All amenities on the Cumbre including a supermarket, highly recommended restaurant, bank and pharmacy are within a 5 minutes drive with a new commercial centre opening around December 2005 which is only a 10 minutes walk and will offer a selection of bars, restaurants and shops. There is a beautiful beach at the foot of the mountain (Playa Moraig) which is popular for diving and snorkeling and has two beach cafes. Walking and horseriding in the adjoining nature reserve of Granadella Parc is also available. The apartment is only one minute walk away from the pool complex which offers two fantastic pools, WC's, showers and cafe - access to residents only.

Rates negotiable for long winter lets and for bookings of one month or more.
Prices incl. electricity and water(extra for heating).
Non refundable deposit of £100 is required on booking to secure reservation.
Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to first day of rental together with a refundable damage deposit of £100 assuming all is OK.
Cancellation refunds:-
Over 8 weeks - no cancellation charge (other than £100 deposit)
4-8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded
2-4 weeks - 25% of rate refunded
Less than 2 weeks - no refund
Changeover days are flexible, however, arrival should be after 4pm and departure by 10am.
