This property is ideal for those who do not want to hire a car, as the local beach is a 10-15 mins walk and supermarket 5 mins walk, but should you wish to explore Santa Pola (8 mins) or Alicante (12 mins) a local bus service is available.
The house is built to a high standard and has air-conditioning throughout the property which is much needed as the summer months can get very hot. Security grilles are fitted to all windows and doors in addition to shutter blinds.
