Our nearest town is Pinoso, 4 kms away and Sax, Elda, Jumilla, Yecla are all within 20 minutes drive. Alicante city and the beaches are a 45 minutes drive with Benidorm and Torrievieja about 1 hour away. Casa 10-11 is surrounded by nature reserves and walking routes, and there are many castles, museums and historic buildings to explore close by. If its shopping you want there are large shopping centres within easy reach with major retailers such as Ikea, Primark and others available.

Our magical courtyards and swimming pool: We have two 'magical' courtyards where you can eat outdoors or just sit and relax in the sun, taking a coffee or cool drink. Planted with scented herbs, colorful flowers and overhanging grape vines to provide shade and lit by soft lighting and candles at night, they create a wonderful atmosphere for dining and chatting over a bottle of wine, making new and lasting friendships. The 10 x 4 swimming pool is the same depth throughout and is chlorine free for your safety. The attached waterfall jacuzzi is a beautiful place to sit and let the Mediterranean breeze gently caress your skin.

Warm and welcoming hosts: Many of our guests arrive as strangers and leave as friends. We enjoy meeting you and making your stay as relaxing as we can. One of the advantages of the Mediterranean climate is to be able to eat outdoors and we often share an evening meal and bottle of local wine with our guests in one of our courtyards or the garden as the sun sets. If there are fiestas going on we will take you to them and share the experience with you and if you like to play games such as poker, rummikub, and dominoes, so do we!!

The rental rates for this property are quoted in EUR per room per night.

Prices are based on bed and breakfast. Drinks or meals are not included in the price and will be charged accordingly. Family rooms (sleep 3) are available from €50 per night and family + (sleep 4) from €80 per night Self catering can be offered in the East Wing for up to 12 persons at a cost of €800 per week and in the West Wing, Sleep 6 at €500 per week or the whole house can be rented to larger groups (up to 18) from €1300 per week. Electricity and gas are charged at €30 per week for the East Wing and €20 per week for the West Wing (Self Catering only)

We require a 25% non-refundable deposit on booking with the balance payable in full 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday Credit card transaction incur a 3% bank charge We also require a €200 returnable deposit for Self Catering Units. This amount is returned within 14 days of your stay minus any cost of repair or damage incurred by your party. Full terms and conditions are sent on receipt of deposit.

Evening meals are available from €15 per head and light lunches and bbq's can be provided. We have a bar and function room and can cater for private parties of up to 100. The function room can also be hired separately for groups, committees, meetings etc,
