Villa in Altea Area, Alicante - Costa Blanca: Luxury villa with pool near Altea, Alicante - 'La Finca Patro' is located just outside the village of Alfaz del Pi on the Costa Blanca, 40 minutes north of Alicante airport. The villa is on 10,000 square meters of land. It has one large house with ground floor and first floor containing 4 bedrooms: 1: master bedroom with king size bed and bathroom; 2nd bedroom has twin beds and bathroom; 3rd bedroom has double bed and two singles with bathroom; 4th bedroom off the kitchen on the ground floor with single bed and separate bathroom. There is also a small bungalow (casita) 80 yards from the main house (not on aerial photo), with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The grounds are surrounded by cypress and olive and citrus trees along with lawns, roses and flower beds, etc. A view from the second floor open terrace overlooks the barbecue area and tennis court to the sea. Spotlights allow the garden to be lit up at night. For two weeks during the Xmas/New Year's period, a special bonus offer of a cook and a domestic at the owner's expense would be available.

Alfaz del Pi is situated between the towns of Altea and Benidorm (about 5 kilometers from each)and 4 kilometers from the sea at Albir. It is the beach resort of Alfaz del PI. 40 minutes from Alicante airport and one and one half hours from Valencia airport. There are nearby beaches in Albir, (the extension of Alfaz del Pi), Altea and Benidorm. Terra Mitica (largest theme park in Europe), Aqualandia, mountain villages and a Golf course all within 15 kilometers. Sailing, scuba diving, horseback riding, mountain walks and of course swimming and tennis.

Holday in Altea, Costa Blanca: Nearby is the charming seaside town of Altea with its many fine restaurants and evening activity in the church plaza above the town. Altea has an excellent market day along the beach on Tuesdays. Alfaz del Pi offers good shopping including a Friday market. Its active cultural center includes an annual film festival in July. Albir, the beach of Alfaz, now boasts a number of excellent restaurants and is quieter than most of the coastal towns. Numerous nearby roads take one to scenic views and mountain villages many with excellent country restaurants.

Rentals are for a minimum of one week. All quoted rates are for a maximum of 9 in the main house; other accommodations on the property are not for rent with the exception of the casita, which is at some distance (80 meters) to the main house and includes a double and bunk beds in one room and twin beds in another. This could be made available at an extra cost of 100 euros per person per week for a total number of 14 people. Check in time is afternoon on Saturday. Check out time is Saturday morning before noon.
