There is a communal pool and gardens. Our holiday house in Altea has been beautifully decorated, to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
It enjoys 2 large terraces with views, with sun loungers and a large mosaic table for al fresco dining. There is also a small private garden. Basement: entrance to private 2 car garage via remote controlled door; laundry room; private access to property. Ground floor: 1 master bedroom with en-suite, access to terrace; 1 double bedroom with access to terrace, 1 double bedroom with access to inside patio; 1 house bathroom. Top floor: independent fully fitted kitchen, lounge-diner with access to large terrace.
