Holiday house in the Valley of Guadalest, Alicante - the Mosén House Joan (denomination by whom it is known from always). It is a traditional farm house that has been built in several phases during the centuries XVIII and XIX, that was recovered about 30 years ago and refurbished in 2002 for tourism purposes.
In front of the house, only two meters away there is a water source with fresh water. Two great terraces, swimming pool, garden, pinada and covered barbecue, located in front and laterally to the house, allow to take the sun and to enjoy summery evenings outdoors. In the entrance of the house, the old beams of the ceiling and some of the original stone walls have been respected. In the dining hall, by the comfortable heat of the fireplace, evenings can be unforgettable in animated social gatherings, dinner services, or seeing the TV.
The house is equipped with central heating and hot water. Next to the dining hall and in the same ground floor is the kitchen, with top vitroceramica, refrigerator, electrical oven, microwaves, dishes washer, washing machine and own utensils of the kitchen. Barbecue and outer pans holder. Five double rooms comform the bedrooms of the house. Three of them are furnished with double beds and the other two with single beds of 90 cm.
All rooms have clean clothes to each resident: sheets, blankets, extra beds and towels of washbasin and bath.
