Private: garden 300 m2 with lawn 300 m2, patio, garden furniture, barbecue. Motor access to the house (in winter snow chains necessary). Grocers, shopping centre, restaurant, bus stop 3 km. Indoor swimming pool, tennis 20 km, sports centre 18 km, ski lift 5 km. Drinking water at the fountain (100 m).
Housing: 3-room house 80 m2 on 2 levels, nice and cosy furnishings: living/dining room 25 m2, with satellite-TV, radio and wood burning oven. Open kitchen (2 hotplates, micro wave, deep freezer).
