Private: garden 400 m2 (fenced) with lawn, patio, garden furniture, barbecue (swing). In the house: central heating. Parking, in the grounds, individual garage. Grocers 200 m, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 1 km. Indoor swimming pool, thermal baths 8 km, tennis 200 m, ski lift, ski school 8 km. In the village: tennis and volleyball courts (extra), fishing in the river Poprad. Open air museum and castle in Stara Lubovna, 12 km. Ski lifts 8 km from the property; 4 ski pistes 400 m long.
Housing: 3-room house 80 m2 on 1st floor, nice furnishings: living/dining room 20 m2, with satellite-TV, radio, CD-player and stereo unit. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. 1 room with 3 beds. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, micro wave, deep freezer). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Very nice panoramic view. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. The fireplace is closed. The ground floor is unoccupied and the rest of the house is used by the guests.
