Parking behind a barrier (in Winter in the village, extra, if too much snow). Ski area: Vysna Boca 2 piste of 700 m, quite difficult, depends on snow level. Chalet, 2 storeys, outside the resort, 1 km from the centre of Niznej Boci, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 40 m from the woods edge, in the green. Private: meadow 300 m2. Motor access to the house, except in winter 1 km (in winter snow chains necessary). Grocers, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 800 m. Please note: car essential.
Housing: 3-room chalet 90 m2 on 2 levels, practical furnishings: living/dining room 25 m2, with radio. Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, micro wave, deep freezer). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room 26 m2, with sloping ceilings, with 2 beds and 1 double bed. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds, exit to the loggia. Please note: only small pets accepted.
