New, large, nice house, 4 storeys, built in 2003, above Latky, on a slope. Private: garden 3000 m2 (fenced) with lawn 3000 m2, slide, arbour (30 m2), terrace (24 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. Motor access to the house (in winter snow chains necessary). Grocers 3 km, shopping centre, restaurant 10 km, bus stop 3 km. Swimming pool, indoor swimming pool 20 km, tennis 7 km, golf course 40 km, ski lift 3 km. Please note: car essential. Open log fire and wood-fired oven. (On request the owner can come to tend to the fire 2/3 times a day). There is wild boar and game hunting in the area at extra cost.
