This large 2 story apartment (110m2) on the 4th floor/loft of a recently restored building, with a nice balcony of 7m2, is situated right at the border of the river Tague/Tejo in the port of Lisbon. A lift is available. The building used to be a fabric and a hospital and therefore has some special architectal features. It's between the quarters 'Lapa' and 'Alcantara', two old, authentic neighbourhoods just at the border of the city center. The tram stops very close to the apartment, which takes you to the very interesting historical center of the city in only 3 stops. The train is also nearby and takes only 30 minutes to beaches of Cascais and Estoril. The spacy apartment is decorated and furnished with a lot of taste, it's modern and has a large window, receiving a lot of sun and looking out on the port. There is a private parking belonging to the apartment (10 euros per day)
