Villa in Sao Bras de Alportel, Algarve: Cerro Manuel Viegas Villa in Sao Bras, Algarve - Casa Abrigada Villa in Cerro Manuel Viegas is a restored farmhouse with its own private swimming pool and is situated in sheltered, secluded surroundings. The villa sleeps up to six people and has two fully equipped bathrooms. Ideal for families with children. The private pool measures 9.5m x 4.5 and has a surrounding patio giving elevated views across the valley and hills beyond. Steps lead to the flat roof which provides a secluded sun bathing area. Loungers, parasols, tables and "pool toys" are provided. A barbeque and outside eating area (with stone table and awning) are located adjacent to the kitchen. Bedroom 1 with large, double bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 with twin beds. Each bedroom has built-in wardrobes and is fitted with ceiling fan. Hair dryers are also provided. The bathrooms are fittted with bath, shower, basin, WC and bidet and have been further equipped to assist wheelchair users. The kitchen is extensively equipped with cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave together with an abundance of cooking paraphernalia enabling the preparation of most types of cooking. There is a spacious living/dining area with french windows leading to the terrace and pool area. Ample seating including a double sofa bed. Satellite TV with DVD player. A radio/CD/castette player is also available. The villa has been designed with wheelchair access in mind, having 90cm wide doors and flat surfaces from the parking area throughout the house.

Provisional bookings are made via the telephone and are confirmed once the completed Booking Form is received. A one third, non-refundable deposit is required on booking. The balance, together with a £100 Bond is payable eight weeks before the start of the holiday. The Bond is refunded, all being well, at the end of the holiday. Discounts available for long winter lets of 4 weeks or more. Heating costs during the winter months will be charged as an extra. Changeover day during High and Peak Seasons is Thursday. It may be possible to be flexible during the other seasons. Arrival Time: usually 14.00hrs. Departure Time: before 9.00hrs.
