The villa is of the highest specification - with tiled floors throughout, stylish modern Portuguese furniture, with it's own sun terrace with 10m x 5m heated pool. On the pool terrace there are sun loungers, parasols and a large table with seating for 8 persons. (Please bring your own beach/pool towels). All rooms have extensive fitted cupboards. The master bedroom on the first floor has its own balcony and there is also a roof terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the view and the sunshine.

The surrounding area is unspoilt and known for its extensive citrus groves. There are glorious beaches nearby, the closest being at Fuseta 5 kms away. There are five golf courses all within 25-30mins, including the championship Quinta de Cima golf course, named in the 2004/05 Peugeot Golf Guide as the best golf course in Portugal. Within 3 kms there is a supermarket, petrol station, bars, restaurants and numerous shops.

Notes: In conclusion the villa provides spacious and luxurious accommodation fo 8 people at very reasonable rates for the Algarve. A heat pump has been provided to keep the swimming pool warm and underfloor heating to keep the villa warm in the winter months, which are ideal for golfing parties, and airconditioning units are fitted to all the bedrooms for youe added comfort along with mesh screens to prevent insects and shutters for security to all doors and windows.

Holiday in Moncarapacho, Algarve: The area can best be described as rural and is generally quite and sunsets and sunrises are truly spectacular. However, being a new development there is at present some noise during the day due to the on going constuction program, but I am sure it will not detract from a truly memorable holiday.There is a large garden which is in the process of being landscaped for visitors to enjoy.
Things to do in Quelfes, Algarve: The villa is within easy distance of Tavira (regarded as the loveliest town in the Algarve), Estoi (with its Rococo palace and Roman ruins), Olhao (fishing port, markets and fine shopping), Vila Real (16th century town on the Spanish border) and much much more. Close by you can travel by ferry boat to many offshore beaches. Seville can be reached within 90 minutes, Lisbon is approximately 2.5 hours away. The roads and motorways are excellent. Alternatively within 30 mins driving west you can access major central Algarve towns and attractions .... or you could just relax around the pool and enjoy doing absolutely nothing!! For those with quieter tastes the nearby Ria Formosa National Park offers excellent walks, extensive beaches and birdwatching. This is a truly unspoilt part of the Algarve where eating out on wonderful local fish and wine is still surprisingly inexpensive.

A 35% Deposit is required then the balance is due 6 weeks prior to departure.
A Ł200 refundable breakage deposit is also required.
The villa is cleaned prior to arrival and mid week if required, check-in is 4p.m. and check-out is 10a.m. to enable this work to be carried out.
PLEASE NOTE: For 2006 only and because the villa is brand new we are offering this villa at REDUCED rates AND there will be NO extra cost for air con or pool heating April to October. Therefore the price quoted is inclusive and exceptionally good value. You will not be disappointed. We will however be asking a nominal cost for underfloor heating for winter months.
