Holiday Apartment in Lagos Town, Lagos:

The beautiful sandy beach of Meia Praia is just 300m in front of the villa and stretches for 8 km from Lagos to Alvor. There are many other smaller coves and beaches along the south coast. The magnificent west coast is just 20 minutes drive which is very popular for walking and surfing and even in the middle of summer can be relatively empty. There are numerous beach bars/restaurants and watersport facilities within walking distance on Meia Praia beach.

Holiday Apartments A-B: Apartment A - 1 twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, dresser and a safe and doors leading out to a private side patio. Bathroom with wash hand basin, wc, bidet and bath with shower over. Hallway leading to open plan lounge/diner/kitchen with sofa bed and pull out bed, dining table and breakfast bar, sink unit, fridge and four ring cooker with oven. Doors leading to a small south facing veranda with table and chairs overlooking the pool.

Apartment B - 1 twin bedroom with wardrobe and dresser and a safe. Bathroom with wash hand basin, wc, bidet and bath with shower over. Holiday Apartments C-D: Apartment C - 1 twin bedroom with wardrobe and dresser and a safe. Bathrooom with wash hand basin, wc, bidet and bath with shower over. Open plan lounge/diner/kitchen with sofa bed and pull out bed, dining table, breakfast bar, sink unit, fridge and four ring cooker and oven. Doors leading to small patio with table and chairs.

Apartment D - has 3 bedrooms. One twin, one double with balcony and sea views and one childrens room with sofa bed and pull out bed. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and dresser and one safe. Bathroom with wash hand basin, bidet, wc and bath with shower over. Cloakroom with wash hand basin and wc. Lounge with three piece suite, open fireplace and balcony with sea views. Kitchen/diner with dining table, breakfast bar, four ring cooker with oven, fridge and sink unit plus balcony with sea view.

Golf in Lagos: There are eight 18 hole golf courses within a 20 km radius of the villa. The scenic Palmares course is just 3 km from us. The relatively new course of Boa Vista is 6 km away. Parque da Floresta being the most westerly course on the Algarve is only 10 km distance. Going east, approximately 8 km from us we have the championship course of Penina. Continuing east you will find the tree lined Alto course. Next on this stretch are the Carvoeiro courses of Pinta and Gramacho. Last but not least within this 20 km radius we have the newest course of Morgado set in the foothills of the Monchique mountains.

Rates above are for Apartments A, B, C. Children under 10 years free of charge. Children over 10 years or adults have a daily supplement of £4.

25% deposit on booking and the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to the holiday. Deposits are non refundable.

The price includes: Weekly change of bed linen and towels; Weekly cleaning; Electricity, water and gas; Cot & high chair for babies.

10% discount from Nov-March (except Xmas/New Year).

Changeover day: Saturday, but we can be flexible out of season.
