Beautiful Apartment in Lagos, Residential area - Our two bedroom apartment is very comfortably furnished to a high standard. The living room has two comfortable sofas, a TV with satellite channels & DVD player, a stereo system and coffee tables. There is also a dining table with chairs and a sideboard. A selection of CD's, DVD's books and board games are provided for your enjoyment. The kitchen has a full oven & hob, microwave oven, toaster & kettle and ample cutlery, crockery and utensils. There is another table and chairs, a washing machine and iron. The balcony with views of the mountains at Monchique can be accessed from the kitchen and lounge. The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinets, a chest of drawers and an easy chair. The other room is similarly furnished but has twin beds. The bathroom has full bath with shower over, bidet, wc and basin, there is a shower room with wc basin and shower enclosure.
The apartment has views toward the mountains and the distant sea.

Notes to the Rates of the Holiday Apartment in Lagos Town, Lagos
A security deposit of €250 is required which is refundable subject to there being no breakages or excessive cleaning at the end of rental period. This deposit will be returned to your mailing address within 21 days of the reservation end date. Deposit will be refunded if reservation is cancelled at any time.
The apartment is cleaned and serviced at the commencement of each rental. Bed linen and towels are provided and changed weekly.
We can provide an 'Essentials Starter Pack' at a cost of €15. This will include water, tea, coffee, milk, butter, jam, bread etc.
A 30% deposit is required to secure the reservation. The balance is required 10 weeks before start of rental period.
Cancellation fees will apply.
Full payment not received 10 weeks before your reservation starts: loss of 30% deposit.
Cancellation greater than10 weeks before your reservation starts: loss of 10% of the deposit.
Cancellation less than 10 weeks before your reservation starts: loss of full amount.
