There are many beautiful sandy beaches along this coastline and only a few mins drive from the apartment where you can take boat and fishing trips. Praia Grande at Ferragudo is a large sandy beach, safe for younger children. The beach at Praia de Rocha has a water sport centre for those more adventurous with jet skiing and windsurfing to name just a few activities. Horse riding, tennis and golf are all just a stone's throw away.

Golf holiday in Carvoeiro: The Algarve has a wealth of excellent golf courses. Only a few mins drive away are two 18 hole courses at the Pestana Complex. Gramacho and Pinta designed by Ronald Fream these 2 courses combine the hilly picturesque course with the artistic fairways and use the ancient olive trees to pose challenges adaptable to differing levels of skill. The David Leadbetter Golf Academy and driving range is also on this complex. There is also an excellent Bar and Restaurant at the Gramacho Club House. Vale de Milho a 9 hole course ideal for family golf and beginners providing a real challenge whatever standard. It is well maintained and opens all year. The Club House bar and restaurant are open to everyone.

The Algarve boasts a host of activities for all ages, many not more than a stones throw away, such as horse riding, tennis, boat hire, fishing, scuba diving, water sports and a wealth of golf courses. There’s also a large water park, zoo and zoo marine for fun days out with the kids.

The rental rates for this property are quoted in GBP per property per week.

Prices of our apartment in Carvoeiro are inclusive of electricity, bed linen, towels, not for beach or pool use and maid service once a week.

Changeover day is negotiable depending on existing bookings. Arrival Time after 3pm. Departure time by 10am.

A non-refundable deposit of £150 per week is payable at the time of booking, the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. If the arrival date is within 8 weeks of booking then full payment should accompany the booking. Maximum 4 Adults. No single sex groups. Long stay (4 weeks plus) tariffs can be negotiated. Guests should make sure they have adequate insurance cover in the event of cancellation or loss of their belongings. Food parcels, infant cots and high chairs can be arranged.
