Old, large detached house Dudkowka, renovated, on the outskirts, 3 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position. Private: grounds 1500 m2 (fenced), garden furniture, barbecue, childrens playground. In the house: ski storage, central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking by the house. Grocers 100 m, bus stop 150 m. Swimming pool, indoor swimming pool 950 m, tennis 1.1 km, riding stables 900 m, mountain lift 3 km, ski lift 350 m, ski runs 3 km, ski school 350 m, ice rink 3.8 km. Please note: the complex has night security. The owner lives in the same grounds. Separate entrance in winter for the owner, who in the mornings and evenings, turns on the heating and hot water. The guests quarters are not disturbed by the separate entrance.

Shower/WC. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (4). Lovely view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Please note: apartment for non-smokers. Dining room on ground floor, 50 m2, with fireplace, table for 16 people and grill. Alarm system. Swings in the garden.
